Driver's License XXX
 

Hello,

If somebody has a beginner's drivers license in Canada, can he use it to
finally get a full license in the USA? And if somebody lives in Canada with a
USA license will that work?

Check with MTO or DMV to be sure.

If somebody with a beginners license were to get a full license in the
USA and he runs over aikido251, will that work, or should he check with
the INS to be sure ?

Why don't you call CIC and c wot they say!!!!??
