Default Driver's license for US citizenship

Does INS verify the driver's license for US citizenship? Would points on the license
matter for citizenship?

If driver's license is requested - it is only for purpose of positive ID and not to
check your points... FYI... INS (Federal) does not have direct link to DMV (State
Agency)... But even if they did or if as joke they asked you - points would not
matter for citizenship. Furthermore INS does not really care about any of your
Traffic violations (exceptions are DWI which are considered criminal offenses)
