Went to apply for license and was denied because we only have the K1 visa, which is
now expired. We were denied, I called the state office, but the person didn't seem to
know very much.

HELP!

We have filed for AOS. Anyone else know the procedure in AL for obtaining a license??

*Usually* (and by that I mean most states) you can use an EAD as proof of your
current status and get the DL with that. Southern Carolina has just stopped this
after 9/11 though :(
