Default driver licence please help

Hi.
I have only IRS ITIN number and B2 visa (time of I-94 expired). My
question is: Is in USA any state, where I can get driving licance?

No.
and Visitors in most States, probably all, do not need them anyway.

Just use your own.

Well if she really bad wants to try it... the Department of Motor Vehicles would be the place.

Hi there,

as far as I know, you can't get a state issued licence anywhere in the USA if you dont have a social Security number and you dont get it with a B2 Visa.
However you can drive in the USA with an International licence for up to one year! The only evidence to prove it is your visa entry stamp. So if you left the country during your stay you have a full new year to drive!

Wrong. An International Driving Permit is NOT a drivers licence and not
a replacement for a drivers licence. It is ONLY valid as a supplement
to a drivers license from your home country. Your home licence must
still be valid for the duration of your stay.

Most, maybe all, now require evidence of Status.

EAD for example.

Yes you are right. I guess I did not explain myself correctly. By saying intl. Licence I supposed to mean your home counrty licence AND the international licence, which is just a translation for your actual licence.
So if you have a valid licence from your home country and a international licence you can drive up to one year in the USA.

As a visitor ... but not as a resident (just as an aside).

Do people who are illegally present in the USA count as 'Visitors'?
If they were in my house without my authorization, they'd be
'Trespassers' (among other things) rather than 'Visitors'.

technically, they are in the US without status ... a visitor has B2 status.

Illegal presence has many meanings not as obvious as it seems.
