Dont Have Income!
 

I recently petitioned my husband on the K3 visa. The problem is that I am a full time student and a part time worker....BUT.....I work "off the books" so I do not file income tax. Will I have to pay taxes and I still don't meet the requirements for poverty level, do I have any options. How strict are they on this? HELP

You will need to get a co-sponsor. This can be any US citizen who meets the
criteria and is willing to take on this responsibility. Family, friends,
whoever.

hi!
im in the same situation as claudia. im also petitoning my husband by K3 visa but i totally dont have any income. I just graduated and have no job yet. My parents will be my co-sponsors. But i was just wondering if there is another form to give to my husband with the I-134? or i should i write a letter regarding my jobless situation? thanks
