Default Does unemployment compensation affect PR application?

My wife got laid-off two month ago. She is having unemployment benefits now. I was wondering if this will affect her future green card application. BTW, I will file the employee-based PR application and she will file as my spouse.

I would appreciate it if someone can give me an answer. Thanks a lot.

This kind of surprises me; if she doesn't already have a GC or an EAD,
then she wouldn't usually qualify for unemployment benefits.

That said, it shouldn't matter. UI is not a means-tested benefit, and
therefore not usually harmful to a PR application.
