I have a couple of question about a friend's being detained for 3 days on a Behavioral hospital for a severe depression. He was on the point of not being able to separate the reality to the unreal so police officers put her there.

Now, He's OK and thinking of going back to USA to visit/tour. He still has his visa (multiple entry) but worried about the INA Act 212 w/c states that "to have had a physical or mental disorder and a history of behavior associated with the disorder" is barred from entering USA.

Do you think his case will appear at the INS POE? Does severe depression includes in the INA Act 212?
