For me I found a womens clinic, had to pay for smear and registry $90 then monthley cost of pill was $25.

have decided to get on nhs waiting list for sterilisation before greencard arrives at least its free

Depends on your insurance....post prescription is co-pay...as for the pill, wouldn't get that on insurance most cases...we don't...insurance will pay for an abortion though which is strange eh.

As for insurance, whatever you get from work would probably be it, best is blue cross/blue shield around here.
