Do I -751 affidavits need to be in sealed envelopes?

Do I -751 affidavits need to be in sealed envelopes?
Hi - me and my wife are currently getting our I-751 petition together. I firgured out the format of the affidavits that friends and family can write, but do we simply attach them, or should they be sealed in seprate envelopes?
does anybody have any experience in this?
