DMV employees are just as retarded as any other government employees. I remember when I was taking my test the desk guy was very rude. To top it off, at 10:30 on the nail, with a line out of the door, he just stood up from his little desk and disappeared (on break, so it turned out) without a word to anyone, for 30 minutes.
DMV, social security, IRS, - all a bunch of goons.
