Default Desperate: Condition Status Removal?

First off, I'm not entirely sure if this is the proper place. But I am absolutely desperate. I had planned on going down to the Louisville INS (BCIS now? Huh) to take in my application to have my Conditional Status removed from my Green Card. I thought they had said 2yrs ago to take it there. But now it seems as though we are to just send it to TSC? Can we just take it in person to Louisville? Would it be better to send it to TSC?

Please, any help would be appreciated. All this time for whatever reason we were thinking April we need to file.. but now I've realized that's only 60days prior to expiration rather than 90.

Thank you very much.

Evan
BTW, tried Deja but it keeps crashing Explorer each time I try to post, hence coming here for help.
