Departing internationally from Houston.
 
Does Houston Intercontinental Airport have any exit procedures for non US citizens when leaving on an international flight or is it just check-in into your flight and then pass security and then board your flight?

No formal exit procedures at IAH apart from turning in your I-94 to the airline gate agents (if appropriate).

Ok well i didn't have an I-94 form (they got rid of that now for VWP people) and I just checked into my flight, so I guess I'm good!
