Adjustment of status decisions cannot be appealed. However, you may
make a motion to reopen/reconsider if there are new facts to be
considered (there is a fee to file the motion with INS). An easier,
more reliable way, to also obtain reconsideration is to refile I-485
with fee if you qualify.

If you are now in removal/deportation proceedings, you must file a new
I485 with the immigration court.

Please turn off your cap keys. It is considered shouting and rude.

You were not denied but rather I believe had your adjustment finalization placed on hold until you can supply INS within a certain timeframe with a valid I-864. Get a co-sponsor. It is the easiest way of dealing with this. If you are attempting to use property in a foreign country, you will have to supply appraisals for the property, mortgage contracts if there are any on the property, etc. to arrive at a final figure of what would be the asset. The conversion rate can be obtained at an international bank or like official source for the day the affidavit is signed and notarized.

Does this appeal apply to adjustment of status?
