Yes, if the child is 21 years old. In that case, the child can sponsor the parents
for a Green Card.

If the child is younger, having a US citizen child makes absolutely no difference.

Yes. Once the child is 21, she can petition for her parents to be admitted.

Note however that the child at 21 should be capable of sponsoring the parent,
which means the child should have enough steady income to be able to file an
affidavit of support.

It a long wait of 21 years before the Child could apply for Parents. You will learn
more about it at:

No, there is no clause or Law to allow parents of a US child to enter the US. If the
child is eighteen years of age, he or she could file a petition I-130 to bring you
here legally. Good Luck.

A US citizen must be 21 to sponsor parent to come to the US. TESTTESTTEST
http://www.ins.usdoj.gov/graphics/howdoi/parents.htm Who is Eligible to Sponsor a
Parent? If you are a U.S. citizen and at least 21 years old, you are eligible to
petition to bring your parents to live and work permanently in the United States.

If you are a lawful permanent resident, you are not eligible to petition to bring
your parents to live and work permanently in the United States. TESTTESTTESTTEST Take
Care. Shelley

Not quite correct. A US citizen can sponsor his or her parents for a GC, but the
citizen has to be at least 21 years old.
