Well, in any case, I broke down and contacted a client of mine. I'm a computer tech
and my client is an attorney who I do loads of free stuff for. He picket up the phone
right in front me and now I should here something Monday.
When I call INS Monday and use the auto thingy, I hope to here (Your petition has
been approved) instead of the worn out old (It is taking between 15 and 21 days bla
bla) Here it is Day 44.

May be there is a problem in those applications or something like that, a guy
just got his I129F approved in VSC in 12 days, i really wish one can know what is
going on????
Bob, you mentioned that your friend/lawyer called someone and you got assured that
you will get your approval this monday, did you know what was the reason of the delay
on your petition???

I didn't get assured I would get my approval. I only got assured I would know whats
going on. If my file is lost, I will have to start all over again. If my file is not
lost, I will get a more acurate case status instead of the same answer I have been
getting which is the following:
Your case is under review and going normaly.
It will be about 10 days (I have been hearing this one for 4 weeks)
People do go on vacation ya know ( For a month?) What maternity leave??
In any case, if my case has not been reviewed yet, I can expect it will be about
another 2 to 3 weeks for processing.

going on. If my file is lost, I will have to start all over again. If my file is not
lost, I will get a more acurate case status instead of the same answer I have been
