Credit Cards

It looks like I need to apply for a credit card (cock up by our bank involving our debit cards being cancelled and them apparently chiselling the new cards out of stone its taking so effin long), and probably don't yet have a good credit score.

Can anyone recommend a card to apply for? I don't want to try applying to various companies, being rejected and take negative hits to my credit score.

Thanks.

Suggest you read Fatbrit's article - required reading for all new US immigrants! :)
