I've just bought some from Costco. $12.99. Nice gold ones with silver, grown up type gifts inside.

My local Pier One has them and they're made for Tescos. Williams Sonoma also have them but they expensive and a bit poncy.

I make my own with a bit of salt peter some fertiliser and the inside of a toilet roll....in 15 years we've only lost 2 fingers and had 3 visits to the ER. I pride myself on safety.
