CR1 interview but help needed plz help
Hi there
I think u can give me good advice and let me know more about this freaking name check security clearance. It was my k3 interview at Pakistan for my k3 visa at that time my wife were in USA so in interview lady said to me that everything is fine in your case so u have to give your fingerprints on paper for your name check, I said ok but how long it will take she goes not more then 2 or 3 weeks but she gave me blue paper on that it shows if u do not hear anything from embassy in 45 days contact on this phone number any way I came out of embassy with out visa so I called my wife she said ok no problem its fine im coming to Pakistan we will wait till u get ur name clearance then we will come USA together I goes its very good idea. In a week she came to Pakistan and it took 9 months now but in last September my I-130 approved and my father in law process is at NVC and now case came to Pakistan in March 2005. embassy sent me packet 3.5 and in same time I got email from FBI name check office that in November FBI received my email and its that’s reply it says ( we received tow for request for your name check from DOS one in august 2004 and other in march 2005 both result forwarded to DOS. Ok now about my packet 3.5 which I received from Embassy I call embassy lady said hmm so you got packet 3.5 she goes we don’t need anything from u , you just come to embassy with this packet 3.5 I will stamp visa over it because you already had an interview I said fine I fly with my to embassy in end of march when my wife went in embassy she goes ohh sorry we again got hit on your husbands name so his name clearance went for update but you ppls should submit new medical and wait then we submit out medical in embassy now I called embassy yesterday they said ok we scheduled you for interview on 22nd June and we mail you letter , still I haven’t got that letter but on Monday ill hope so . but with that lady whom I talk to over phone she said any ways your clearance isn’t came yet so may be embassy wont take your interview but you should come on given date then lets see what’s up, I goes ok .
Now what u think what should I do and what will happen. My wife have ticket she is going back to USA on 8th June and I want that we should fly together and for early interview date my wife request over phone but embassy said
