When we still lived in Canada, going to take a mate out for supper (He lived in Hamburg, we lived in Toronto) I know, crazy Scouser!

Stopped at the Peace Bridge, around 3 PM, real misery! Where are you going? "Takeing an old guy out for Supper" He leaned over so he could see my lovely West Indian Wife. "What is your relationship to her?"

I sleep with her every night. I said, he was stuck for a come back, just waved me on.

I was driving our bran new Jeep. As I pulled away, I closed the drivers window, spotless window, coming out of the maintenance shed, on the American side, big huge fat guy, in crummy coveralls, I said to the Glass!

"Lose some weight, you big fat B+++++" My Wife is having a stroke... "Dont
say anything" I tapped the glass with my knuckles, Nah,Nah, Nahnah! Said I. Will have stop all this stuff when I get sworn in, yes?

Then you have made a false claim to US citizenship that has its own repercussions. Please don't post in a way that advises others to do the same.

Any idea how often false claims if US citizenship leads to refusal of further entry/GC/citizenship when discovered?

Probably, but you need a permit in California.

No, I stopped subscribing to DHS's Enforcement Bulletin because it depressed me too much. But, a quick google of the phrase led me to a lawyer, whose opinion I respect, detailing exactly this, 'oral claims at the border'.
Mr F has represented a case. I have a GF here who was able to skate through it; she had registered to vote but not voted. The DO here let her retract her N-400 and wait 5 more years instead of deporting her.

It specifically asks about offenses for which you were not arrested... which are quite different than offenses for which arrest is not even a consideration.

And what if you just offended someone? Does that count?

Can you not be arrested for a misdemeanor then?

There's a few people in this thread that I'd dearly like to offend... right this minute!
