confirmation of case being transferred to London
My Fiancee and I are going through the Vermont center do they confirm with her when they have passed the file to the London Embassy as she was the one who started off the process

As far as London actually receiving it, the first you'll probably hear of it is when you recieve your IV-15 packet of forms (what used to be called packet 3) in the mail. I received mine a little over 2 weeks after my I-129F was approved. Best of luck! By the way, from I-129F approval date to embassy interview date was about 8 weeks for me.
