Venti = X-Large, 20 ounces (hence now on the Atkins Diet LOL).

Its only my 2nd week. I've gone from 231lbs to 217lbs. 14lbs in 2 weeks.
Mrs TD put an extra couple of dollars on my life insurance premium and asked where I kept my will

Why would you go on such a TERRIBLE DIET!!!!!!! It has been utterly discredited here the last 8 or so years!!

Get yourself a book called the 'Fat Flush Plan' - libraries have them. It is the best. Detox and lifestyle change in one. And you don't feel hungry.
