my father in law is going to co-sponsor my I-864
Anything I missed that he will need to produce?
affidavit of support
birth cert
pay slips
last 3 yrs tax returns?
We are going by his earnings of some $50000 plus, so no assets are being declared for the affidavit, but my last 2 questions are?
1) Do we need any docs from his wife seeing as they are married, or do they disregard her and just class *him* as sponsoring me?
2) What docs need to be notorized, and are notories only needed for photocopied docs?
