Class 2 NI Form Question
Been here ten years and never bothered to make NI contributions, but it seems to make financial sense to do so. I was looking at the form at the end of the NI38 form.

If I am never intending to return to live in the UK, is it ok to say "forever" or "unsure" for Q.11? "How long do you intend to stay abroad?"
Can I make a rough guess for Q.14? "What date did you last pay NICs?"
Finally, if I have lost track of my NI number, what's the best way to "re-acquaint" myself with it?
