Default Childhood memories?

So is there anything you've done, seen, bought in the US that's reminded you of childhood memories or just nice memories in general?

A bit of a daft one, but the local grocery store just redone the deli section, so checked it out, had some pimento loaf on sale, so got some, and it weren't the same, but very similar to the stuff use to get in Austria and reminded me as a kid loving those fresh slices of cheese and meat we use to get every morning for breakfast.

The smell of Cinna-mint reminds me of when I used to live in Texas!

Also, the other day I was about to walk up the stairs to my apartment, when a smell made me stop in my tracks, a great memory flooded my head, put then went as soon as I had realised what had happened. Almost like a great dream, that you forget as soon as you wake up from it, all you know is that it was great.

Sorry if that makes no sense!

Oh yeah, me loves the deja vu, but I don't think that was deja vu, it was just a memory brought on by a smell, I just wasn't quick enough to catch it & the smell went!

It was probably just a glitch in the Matrix...they really should fix that.
