Hubby came to one pre-natal class with me and we were both hopeless when it came to the breathing exercises, we just kept laughing at each other.
He was more or less useless in the delivery room both times but just having him there was great, I think.
In the end he didn't get to see either of them born as both were emergency c-sections under general anaesthetic.

There's good news girls/ladies.
Since reading the diabolical tales of child birth (Blood guts & stitches), the men have decided to be far more caring, understanding, loving & will no longer demand sex or get annoyed when they don't get any.
Once again thank you for putting us straight or bent as the case maybe.

Just make sure you talk everything through with the wife first, so you know where you & she stand on certain matters. When in labour, women are a little bit mental, so the doctors may ask you what to do, you may need to be your wife's voice. Being well informed is a must & be sure to write a birthing plan & have it in her maternity notes ready for the birth day.
