Chicago accommodation
Can anybody reccommend the best Chicago area to stay i.e. very central and busy & lively even at night, with impressive buildings and good public transport access to rest of the city. I've never been and I'm confused by tourist guides (the Loop sounds good but also dead at night...). Need to book hotel in chosen area, looking for something cheap but not a hostel. Are there family homes that rent room(s) for a few days, or anything like an English bed&breakfast? We are looking for a family room for 3 people. Thanks.
