I recently entered the USA and am now married . I'm curious as to whether I still need my chest x-ray from the K-1 medical in London. I had it in my hand luggage when I came through the POE but it wasn't needed then.

Do I take it to the AOS interview as medical evidence? Will they take it from me? I'm really curious to open it and look, hehe, but I have a feeling that would be a bad idea.

thanks, Jennie

My wife still has hers stored in the back of the closet after almost 5 yrs.
INS has never looked at it. Our family doctor did look at it once to compare
with a current x-ray.

Nope you won't need it. Jim finally threw his in the trash two years after being it across the border.

I didn't bring mine at all. I was told that the brown envelope had either a copy or
some sort of microfilm (I don't remember which) that had a record of or the results
of the x-ray. Can anyone confirm, just for the recor?. So I trashed it even before I
came over. Couldn't imagine lugging them (mine and my K2's) all the way. Ranjini

My husband got pneumonia about 6 months after we got married - his doctor was glad we
had this chest x-ray for comparison to the new x-ray. Take Care. Shelley
