I watched a story about this on our local news last night, it's great that the guy has taken the time to do this, it will help a lot of people. He said he was having a hard time keeping up as some of the companies have changed their codes to keep you on the automated service to stop you bothering one of their 'agents'!
'Mr Anderson, my name is agent Smith...how may I redirect your call?' !!!
If one of the codes is wrong, you can contact him & he'll change it.

Amusingly enough, where the missus works, all people want is an automated machine, but they keep getting diverted to people which takes time and pisses everyone off...well in her old department...new dept they still get miffed off but for another reason
