Cheap Maui Lawyer - to give pre nup once over
Need a cheap lawyer in Maui to review a pre nup. I am not fussed but she who must be obeyed has offspring and trust funds etc so pre nup sensible.
Clock running out on visa so need NOWish.
Anyone know a cheap one. Do not care AT ALL about the quality of legal advice.

Surely you've noticed that nothing on Maui is cheap.
Get out the phone book and start calling. You'll likely get your answer faster that way than asking on BE; I doubt many members live in Hawaii.

As far as I know there is no absolute requirement that either party must have a lawyer before entering into an agreement be it a pre-nuptial one or anything else.
It is, however, certainly the case that there have been successful challenges to pre-nuptial agreements where the disadvantaged party did not have the agreement reviewed by their own attorney.
As usual, every state is different and your mileage may vary ...
