Hello,
We are a Pakistani Exporter of Home Textiles to the United States. Recently one of our ex American Customer filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy (Liquidating Plan of Reorganization).
We did business with this company back in 1997, and we recieved our recievable money in full. And according to our records no
Yesterday we recieved a Notice from the United States Bankruptcy Court of Hearing on approval of Disclosure Statement for Debtors Chapter 11 plan of Liquidation.
I wanted to know that do we have to reply to this notice or something? or is it a normal routine of the Court to send this notice to the Vendors and suppliers of the effected company?
