Chalfont to Calfornia
Hi Everyone,
I've just joined so please bear with me, still getting used to this.
I currently live in Chalfont St Peter, Buckinghamshire and am married with 2 boys (9 & 6).
We are hopefully moving to Orange County, CA in the Spring time next year (Appointment at the US Embassy in January), so I thought I'd seek out a site to meet other people that have gone through this process and hopefully gain some good advice.
I work in the Aerospace Industry and am currently going through the L-1 Intracompany Visa application.

I was born, raised and now live in Hollywood, CA. I have also lived in Oregon. Orange County can be OK, depends on where you live. Any specific location in mind, yet? How about Laguna? Or Irvine? Both are pleasant places. The beach areas, like Newport Beach, can be expensive but are great places to live.

We moved on a L1/L2 visa in June 05. We are in Ventura county - hope everything goes smoothly for you.
