Can't find the proposal...
 

Sorry to use a new post to ask, but there was a link on here to a scary looking proposal that was all about ending visas, sending everyone home etc, something to do with homeland security, and I can't find it anywhere!

I know it's not going anywhere, and it's been waiting for months and all that, but my American friends just don't believe that such a proposal was ever made.

If you can direct me, I'll be very obliged... (please)

Was it this one? US Immigration board. Thread started by "Your Special Friend" called Bush totally against scrapping H1B Visas. There is a link in there, don't know if it's the one you want. Tancredo just foams at the mouth and has yet to come across as anything more than a somewhat-less-than-intelligent bigot.

In a discussion in another forum I am active in... we have a expat who works for a well known Senator who has assured everyone that this proposal will go NO WHERE... it is too extreme.
