Cancel I-129F?

I got a NOA1 already from CSC. For a very good reason that i have, Can i cancel this I-129F application instead and then file a new one? Would it screwed up a new I-129F application. This is for thesame fiancee by the way. I just have a good reason to cancel it and then ill file a new one.
