Default Canada Electronic Travel Authorization

Worth cross-posting I thought because I know a lot of people in the US like to flagpole in Canada or enter the US from Canada because of VWP or visa problems...

So from April 2015 you will need to get a CETA approval (or whatever it will be called) to enter Canada (unless you're American or have a visa) and under the "Beyond the Border initiative" they're sharing more information about third country nationals, so if you can't get ESTA you probably won't get CETA either.
