Can get a J1 but need a JOB !! HELP
 

Here's the deal,

I'm taking a MSc in Computing and finnish up in September 2003. I can apply for the J1 working visa but I need to have some work lined up in the US before I can apply. I need to go to New York to be with the woman I love!!

Can anyone suggest where I might find work in New York??

Really would be great if you can help me out in anyway.

I just want to warn you though, there are a lot of computer people out of work here and the company that hires you for a job in the computer industry have to prove that there isn't an American who can do that job.
