my fiancee and i are trying to find out if bad credit can keep either of us from immagrating? ... her here to the usa or me to canada:confused:

No credit check is done, as far as I know, on the US spouse or the
beneficiary when immigrating to the US. The INS does want to ensure that
the new immigrant will not become a "public charge" which is the reason
for the affidavit of support.

For Canada I've no idea. Try misc.immigration.canada
