Buying / insuring an RV for touring
We are hoping to spend 3-6 months touring the US in an RV (we know we'll have to return to Canada to renew I94s) and looking at RV rental costs it seems that it would be more cost effective to buy an RV, insure it, tour round, then sell it.
Anyone know if it possible to insure an RV without a fixed US address please?

Thanks for the link - searching for 'rv' didn't work too well, and I totally forgot to try 'Motorhome'
Looks like we'll have to go the hotel route - just have to pack fewer clothes

Plan on less than a 90-day stay unless you are eligible for a B-visa (e.g. if you are of retirement age and can show significant ties outside the US).

You might have more luck leasing a long term rental...but it'll probably not be very cost effective for anything longer than a couple week tour...not to mention the cost of filling those things up.
