is it true that when you own three properties in the u.s you can legally stay there .

Yes!! if all three properties are named Trump Towers ..you should not have too much trouble..

I know of a rule that if you own three properties, and have houses on each of them, then you can then buy hotels and put them on the properties. If someone lands on your property, then you can charge them money......

LOL yes but nowadays it would depend upon various city codes and
redtrictions.
