Sounds like you just need a local constructional manager.

There is no visa to do what you seem to want to do.

And the B2 to E2 is what the Lawyer was suggesting, status rather than visa, not that it is likely to get beyond first renewal. If it gets that far.

an architect, labourers, engineer, local planner, surveyor, project manager, electrician, plumber are just some of the few local staff that will need to be hired in this industry. I am part way through my MBA in Construction and Real Estate so as the investor i would reserve the construction management job for myself

I worked in the Construction industry a lot longer than you have.

Yet again I see no visa category.

Thats where the problem lies then!

In todays world you can buy vacant lots and develop them into hotels, motels and Band Bs and hire staff like American Life and Jay Peak etc who are collecting $500K from each investor to fund their building projects.

Visa Category = EB5, E2, EB1c, L1
