My in laws have friends in Kalamazoo. He's British and she's an American. She lectures at the Uni there. Last year my in laws kept asking the best way to get to Kalamazoo like I knew where they were talking about..Anyway they went for the weekend and said it was okay their friends hadn't lived there long so didnt know where to take them so they ended up driving up and down and then going to a Country Buffet for dinner..FIL not impressed as they dont serve wine. Apparently Kalamazoo had taken in loads of the homeless after Katrina so the city was re organising itself.
