Default British style Chinese food in Houston?!

I’m desperate...anyone in Houston area found somewhere that does British style Chinese food...I’m talking crispy duck pancakes, prawn crackers, crispy chilli beef, seaweed...I’m pregnant and craving our old weekly takeaway BIG TIME!
We are in Sugar Land but I would drive a long way if there is anywhere...!
Thank you

You need to find a Cantonese style restaurant, but even then crispy chilli beef may not be on the menu, though the others may well be. Good luck in your search and please report back!

I know what you mean

Any Chinatowns there? The sort where the maître d' barks "what you want" at you when you enter, it's mostly Asians in there, and the menu doesn't have English words or any "Teri-fffswearword-yaki" dishes? Then you know you're in good hands. Though still not necessarily British style but I've found British style to be far closer to China than American style.

The other option, if you're inclined, is to find an Asian supermarket. Not necessarily Chinese; could be Vietnamese, Japanese, Korean, Filipino - they all seem to carry some of each - and cook it yourself. Not quite the same, I know, but I don't mind cooking, especially if it's something hard to get hot and delivered.

"Seaweed" is very easy to make. You take a big cabbage, cut out the heavier veins in the leaves, roll them up, slice thinly and deep fry for a few seconds. Then you sprinkle dried prawn powder on top.

Welcome!

Houston Chinatown is pretty close to you, by Beltway and Westpark Tollway, though I've never been there myself. Not sure if you'll be able to find what you're after there, or more locally in Sugarland, but it might be worth checking out a few menus.
