No probs....a lot of Americans born in the States do not know that either. I just happen to be good friends with a Puerto Rican and I have some Air Force "brats" from Puerto Rico in my classes that I teach.

They do not get to vote in presidential elections, pay federal income tax, etc. unless they move to the States....then they're just like all the other citizens here.
