However today is actually vacation day. We leave for FL for a cruise to Western Carib.

Roll it out, put currants and sugar and a teaspoon of apple juice, and bake it. Yummy! But her fruit pies were delicious - apple pie, gooseberry pie and my very favourite, blackcurrant pie! All served with a dollop of hot custard.
