brit driver/canada
 
Hi,i'm a brit moved to winnipeg canada in dec passed the test ere working as a longhaul US driver but wants to move to florida any idea who to contact to accomplish this job wise and will i need to re-test?any help greatly appreciated.

But Pat moved here on the marriage visa.

I don't think there is a trucker visa for the US. There is a list of available visas in the Wiki, but I doubt that any one of them fits.

His question was about retesting for the US. I'm sure Patrick knows about transitioning from one country's trucking industry to another.

dude, get canadian citizenship then see if you can get a NAFTA transfer.

i didnt know if the truck driver shortage in the US was enough for employers to get the go ahead to employ outsiders as in canada which is made a little easier
