Has any ex pat been detained whilst entering UK for prior traffic violations in rental cars?

Default Re: breaking traffic laws while visiting UK

The manifests of all flights from the US to UK are run against the PNC by what in my day was a unit called JBOC. If there is a wanted entry on the PNC it will come up, if there isn't all well and good.
