Looking at the ingredients.....




Ingredients
1 egg
1 English muffin
1 slice Canadian bacon
1 slice American cheese
1 dash cayenne pepper
cooking spray

Directions
Toast English muffin
Fry/heat the Canadian bacon. Place on muffin.
Prepare egg pan with cooking spray
Fry the egg, breaking the yolk before the turn.
Melt cheese on the egg.
Place on Canadian bacon and muffin.
Sprinkle with cayenne pepper.

looks like the home-made version of the egg McMuffin from micky D's....wouldn't eat it for breakfast....but for lunch maybe??

Yeah, I cooked the egg more solidly and used cheddar cheese so that the melted cheese wasn't so homogenously runny. ;)
