I saw about 3 minutes of it... that was enough for me.

The parents (that are letting their underage children's punishment/discipline be filmed and aired on network television for fun and profit) should be shot. Gee, I wonder how the kids got so screwed up in the first place?

I actually have no problem with 'Boot Camp' in extreme situations. It's the filming of and subsequent exploitation that bothers me.

This is no better than Maury Povich or Jenny Jones having contests for the most "Out of Control Kids".... Anybody watch South Park last night?

I really need to get a TV.

Last time I watched TV was in mid April. It's killing me!

I watched it and can't quite understand how these parents let their children get so out of control. I do understand that these kids are to blame as well but as a parent I don't (and hope) think my child would ever get so far out of my reach that she would end up in Brat Camp. I did make a comment to her last night that if she didn't brush her teeth she'd go to Brat Camp and she laughed at me. If I spoke to my mother that way at my age now she would still give me a back hander :scared:

I'm not a parent but was foster mother to teenager from hell. I'm all in favour of it and only wish it could be extended to husbands. Mind you, mine would probably enjoy all that stuff. He'd be better off at a Martha Stewart boot camp.

God a camp for husbands, now there's a dream come true. Mine would also enjoy it which might make him go more often

All children should be locked up and put to work from the ages of 11 to 18. 2000 years of generations cant be wrong now can they?

True, but you won't find me selling the film footage to reality TV.

No, didn't watch it. However it would be interesting to see if they do a follow-up with the parents called "Crap Parents Camp"

(Really, really, wanted to put in a couple of smilies, but I'm trying to give them up for the summer!)

I try not to watch anything on the lower channels, abc, nbc, cbs, especially fox. It stunts my intellect and causes undue frustration (taking an axe to the telly)
