The sponsor is suppose advise the INS service center of the change of address on form AR-11.
Bookmark the INS official website on your list of favorites for future use. It is:

You can d/l the AR-11 from the site.
Also the green card holder must advise the service center of their change of address and it is to be done via certified, return receipted mail. It is a little known INS law that it must be done within 10 days of moving.
