BMV Intelligence Test
Is it just in Indiana where motorists each year miserably fail the BMV intelligence test?
In Indiana, our licence plates have separate stickers for the "year" and "month" of when your plate expires. When a plate is first produced, it has the year printed on it and you are given it with the "month" sticker already placed.
When you renew your plate, you get a new "year" sticker in the mail...
I have lost count of the number of plates I have seen with the "year" sticker placed over the "month" sticker. Is it really that hard to figure it out? I saw one today with the original 03 and an 05 sticker where the month should be.
