Ok, all you nuts who were up hanging out in fron of a store at 4 am or earlier, let's her about it...what deals did you find?

Mrs. IP and I did not...though we went out at 11 or so and bought a food processer, and a couple power tools (quite the romantics, I know).

sorry, I'm not that crazy....I'm interesetd to see who got up that early and what they bought. A friend of mine got up and out at 5:00am and went to Office depot and sad there were no lines....they must have had a cracking deal on staplers or something ;):D

I got up early and was out and about.....I knew where I wanted to go and went. But it wasn't 4 or 5am, more like 6ish and then I couldn't believe that every parking stall at the shopping mall was full. :ohmy: I only went to one store in the mall, Penney's and got a good deal on snow pants for my daughter and some other clothes.

Out of curiosity I went off to Target and WalMart, but they had nothing worth looking at. In fact I was too late at Wally World....it seemed their biggest sale ended at 7 and I was there at 10.....oh well. :rolleyes: I went to Fred Meyer's and found a nice purse, they were all half price. Of course their sale ended at 11am and while I was walking around the store with my bag I missed the sale and the price went up almost $10. I put it back. :frown:

Did not bother this year because I realised last year that unless it was a specific item like a TV etc then waiting a week after BF meant that the same cloths and girlie items were still available but discounted again by another 25% to 50% :sneaky:

I sat in my pajamas and shopped Amazons Black friday Ligtening deals, (still going on)
I got my direction challenged Ds a Tom tom and my mother some lovely earrings.
I also went to CVS (on thanksgiving morning to get milk) and got free headphones for other Ds and a norelco shaver for him too, hairy beggar. :lol:

We got a lightning deal on Amazon. A playstation3 slim and 2 brand new games for $299 plus an Amazon $10 gift certificate plus free shipping!

some of us had to work........poor old me battled the traffic to get to work, then battled the crazy customers, although we were not too busy as Homegoods doesnt have a sale!!!!!

I went to Old Navy and got some jeans for $15 and 3 tee shirts for hubby for $35. Braved the mall but all I came away with was an AE hoodie for $20 :thumbup:

You guys are better than I am. I have never shopped on BF and never plan on it. Guess I'm at that point in my life where I have everything I need and/or want and can't even think of something for DH to get me for Xmas. Toys and clothes for the grandkids are already nearly all purchased for Xmas so nothing much left to buy but wrapping paper and mailing them off to their parents to hide until Santa day.

No Black Friday shopping for me. I hate shopping anyway, and to think of shopping on a crazy busy day like that, totally turns me off. :)

I got some half price socks and a couple of outfits for the grandude. Then I went and clocked in and started work.

Just a note re: Fred meyers .. they allow time after the end of the sale to make sure that most shoppers get the bargains they already have in their carts.

Onwards to the Christmas scrum !

This evening we went to Macy's and got two queen size sheet sets for $74 - usually $90 each. The store was dead.

HomeGoods also has great prices for sheet sets, comparable to what you posted. Good job!
